  1.  Healthy relationships are important to ones health. Make time for family and friends.
  2. Visit your primary care provider regularly.
  3. Take medications as directed by your provider.
  4. Eat healthy meals and snacks, rich in fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean proteins.
  5. Maintain a healthy weight and waistline.
  6. Get moving everyday. Aim for 4 hours of moderate physical activity each week.
  7. Do not smoke.
  8. Avoid alcohol of drink only in moderation.
  9. Manage stress through prayer, meditation or mindful relaxation.
  10. Get 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep each night.
